Dunkin-Donuts-Gift-Card-imageIn “Digital Gift Cards: The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly”, a new report by RSR Research, Dunkin’ finished 3rd in the overall retail category.  The rating measured how effectively companies are utilizing digital gifting and studied a wide array of retailers on a variety of criteria including the ease of finding gift cards, their themes and choice of denominations as well as ease of redemption and compatibility with various social media.
