Legal Action in Richmond Continues

Provisions of Dunkin’s franchise agreement seems to be at the heart of lawsuits involving ten Dunkin Donut and DD-BR Combo shops in Richmond, VA.  It’s been reported that claims and counterclaims have been filed in the VA courts and that the shops remain closed while the issues are in mediation.

Local Government Bans Continue

A few weeks ago, we told you of the Styrofoam ban imposed by the of Brookline, MA.  Not to be outdone on the subject of local bans, it’s reported the Orlando suburb of Winter Park this week voted to ban QSRs from the community’s main business thoroughfare, Park Avenue.
