Andrew Puzder, former CEO of CKE Restaurants, the parent company of Hardee’s and Carl’s Jr., will headline the DDIFO National Conference in New Orleans on June 11 & 12, giving the closing keynote address on Tuesday, June 12. Puzder, who was nominated in December 2016 by then president-elect Trump to serve as Secretary of Labor, will share some thoughts with attendees on the strength of the free market economy and the QSR industry. The conference, which will be held at Harrahs New Orleans Hotel & Casino, will also feature an array of timely legal and operational presentations beneficial to Dunkin’ franchise owners across the Dunkin’ footprint. The DDIFO room block at Harrah’s locks in hotel pricing at $159 per night up until May 11, 2018, so attendees shouldn’t delay registering and reserving their hotel rooms. The full conference agenda will be posted early next week.
