DDIFO Taps ROI Events to Manage 2012 National Members Conference

Ross Holicker of ROI Events Management, has been planning and running large-scale events for a quarter century. He says his most important job is to make sure every detail is addressed, so attendees and exhibitors can focus their attention on the business at hand. “You have to put yourself in their shoes. What do they need to know about parking or registration? That’s our job. We have to make sure all those details are worked out ahead of time and that we are available to sort out any problems that might arise,” said Holicker, president of ROI Event Management. DCP Merger Means Cost Savings

The chief executive of the new National DCP (NDCP) is not someone who makes promises easily. But, Kevin Bruce is confident of his promise that Dunkin’ Donuts franchise owners will see lower prices between now and end of June—and then again at every six month interval until December 2014. “We’re confident that through our initiatives that we will reduce prices to our members for the next three years as spelled out in the agreement,” said Bruce, who noted how just saying that was such a “good feeling”.
