130930-Jerry-BrownCalifornia Governor Jerry Brown has not yet taken action on the California Franchise Relations Act (formerly SB 610) which the legislature sent him a few weeks ago.  California law gives the Governor until September 30 to sign or veto the legislation, so there is still time for you to send him a letter encouraging him to sign it into law.  If he takes no action, the bill will become law without his signature, so please contact the Office of the Governor and encourage other franchise owners to do the same.
