On behalf of the City of Atlantic City, it is indeed a pleasure to welcome the Dunkin’ Donuts Independent Franchise Owners (DDIFO) to Atlantic City on the special occasion of their National Conference, to be held September 16-18, 2013 at Caesars Atlantic City.
