The 2017 CFA Day Forum is rapidly approaching and franchisees should be anxious to attend the event on March 15 as Chairwoman Virginia Foxx of North Carolina will be one of the featured speakers!  A great friend of small business, Foxx represents North Carolina’s 5th congressional district and is the new chair of the House Committee on Education and the Workforce, dealing with issues such as Obamacare, paid sick leave, minimum wage, joint employer and labor regulations. Chairwoman Foxx will speak during the CFA Legislative Luncheon on Capitol Hill in the Rayburn House Office Building.  Prior to the luncheon, we will hear from many of the premier franchisee attorneys in the country on a number of important franchise issues during the attorney roundtable. At present, the roundtable will include attorneys Justin Klein, Robert Zarco, Ron Gardner and Michael Einbinder! The event will be held at the Capitol Hill Hotel on March 15 – 16. That afternoon, we’ll visit with members of Congress and enjoy a Congressional Reception in the evening. Register now to attend the CFA Day Forum. There is also a separate pre-meeting dinner event at the Mansion on O Street on March 14 which you may also want to consider attending.  We hope to see you there!
