The Coalition of Franchisee Associations (CFA) has finalized the agenda for its 2019 Legal Symposium on November 13 at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas and many of our readers should consider attending. The CFA program will feature many of the premier franchisee attorneys from around the country speaking on the following topics: Handling Franchisor Discounts in National Campaigns; Franchisor Changes in the Operations Manual; How to Handle Encroachment Issues; and Legalities in the Use of 3rd Party Delivery Systems! The program will begin at the conclusion of the Restaurant Finance and Development Conference, which will also be held at the Bellagio and will run from November 11 through November 13.
