Speaking of genetically modified organisms from above (and who isn’t these days?), fast casual restaurant Chipotle announced this week that they will cease using GMO foods.  No specific effective date was mentioned in the story.  Chipotle was the first national restaurant company to voluntarily disclose GMO ingredients in its food back in March 2013.
