Merchandise
DDIFO stands behind the quality of all the products we sell.  Should you be unsatisfied with your merchandise purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase via mail, provided that the merchandise is returned with its original packaging and original sales receipt.

Sponsorships
Annual Sponsorships of the DDIFO are non-refundable.

Meeting Sponsorships
Whereas the purchase of sponsorships involves non-tangible purchases, refunds for sponsorships will only be given under the following circumstances:

• Cancellation of the event or date change for which the sponsorship was purchased;  Under such circumstance, a refund must be requested by the purchaser via written notification at least 10 days business day prior to the event.

Advertisements
There will be no refunds on advertising received camera ready from a Sponsor or their representative. If the DDIFO creates an advertisement for you, credit or refunds will reflect the degree of error made by DDIFO, its staff or representatives.

In the event that the vehicle for which the advertisement was purchased is not produced, then the sponsor who purchased the advertisement will be entitled to a full refund or a sponsor credit upon written request.  Such sponsor credit may be used for any other sponsorship or advertisement of equal or lesser value.
