The DDIFO National Conference has been an annual event the Dunkin’ franchise owner community has always looked forward to and supported. From the opening cocktail reception to our business members’ sponsorships and exhibits, to the Annual DDIFO Hall of Fame Induction luncheon, the National Conference always seemed to be a highlight for all involved. After the coronavirus pandemic forced us to cancel the 2020 National Conference at the Opryland in Nashville Tennessee, we were very much looking forward to getting it back on track in 2021 however, conditions being as they are – with infections from the delta variant rising, mask mandates being reimposed in a host of cities and states around the country, and a general fear and apprehension among so many Dunkin’ franchisees, in an abundance of caution, we are regrettably forced to cancel the 2021 DDIFO National Conference as well. Therefore, in the continuing absence of in-person DDIFO meetings, we are again putting our educational efforts into our Business Member Webinar Series and will sponsor our next webinar on August 17 with Business Member Tapcheck presenting: Addressing Recruitment and Turnover Challenges in 2021 on August 17.
