There’s much to report from Dunkin’ corporate other than its earnings, which filled this spot in last week’s issue. Dunkin’ recently welcomed Philip Auerbach to Canton in the newly created position of Chief Digital and Strategy Officer. CEO David Hoffmann described Phil as “a transformational leader who has led the evolution of consumer and hospitality brands and will take our growing digital platform to the next level.” Dunkin’ is highlighting the importance of its digital innovation and development with the promotion of two other key personnel in that space. Stephanie Meltzer-Paul, head of digital and loyalty marketing for Dunkin’ US, along with Santhosh Kumar, head of Global IT, have both been promoted to Senior Vice President in recognition of their efforts and contributions to the company.
