One week after Dunkin’ held its Q4 and year-end earnings reports seems like a good time to catch up on some announcements out of Canton that we hadn’t gotten to over the past few weeks. In that vein, DDIFO wants to congratulate Jill McVicar Nelson on her promotion to Vice President for Marketing Strategy for Dunkin’ US. Jill has been with the brand since 2011, minus a two year stint from 2014-2016 when she earned an MBA from Dartmouth College’s Tuck School of Business. She most recently served Dunkin’ as director of corporate strategy in 2019. Congratulations, Jill! In other recent news, Dunkin and Shell Oil have announced an expansion of their “Sip Dunkin’, Save at Shell” partnership. The new Fuel Rewards Program allows members with Gold Status and DD Perks to save 10 cents per gallon every time they purchase five beverages at a Dunkin’. And finally, one more congratulatory note –to Dunkin’ corporate for earning a perfect rating, for the 2nd year in a row, in the Human Rights Campaign Foundation 2020 Corporate Equality Index (CEI) which surveys companies and corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ workplace equality.
