On the lighter side for a moment, we noted that the semi-annual survey from Piper Sandler of Generation Z preferences was released last week with Chick-fil-A again topping the list in the “Taking Stock of Teens” survey with 16% of “share of wallet” going to the chicken chain. Following close behind at 14% was Chipotle, then Starbucks at 13%, McDonald’s at 4% and Dunkin’ coming in as the top choice for teens’ share of wallet with 3%. The 43rd semi-annual “Taking Stock of Teens” report surveyed 7,100 U.S. teens with an average age of 16.2 years.
