Wall_Street_Journal_LogoDunkin’ Donuts was featured in the Wall Street Journal special advertising section on August 19.  In the article, Dunkin’s Grant Benson CFE, quoted pre-franchise fee costs to open of $420,000 and average unit volumes of $935,000.  It should be noted that Dunkin’ is offering first 5 years royalty relief but the cost is pre-debt service, pre-franchise G&A.  Our Analyst, John Gordon, will discuss this in much greater detail at the National Conference next month in Atlantic City.
