The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Employer Information Report (EEO-1) for 2017, required of all employers with 100 or more employees, is now available for companies to log into on the agency website. The EEO-1 must be completed and filed by March 31 with employment data collected during a payroll period in October, November or December of 2017. No extensions will be granted after the March 31 submission deadline. The EEOC has also advised that for security reasons, 2016 company passwords have been reset and therefore are no longer valid.
