The menu labeling may not be extended again, but not so the EEO-1 annual report, as the filing deadline for the 2017 report has been extended until June 1, 2018. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) pushed the filing deadline out an extra two months back from the original March 31 date. The EEO-1 must be filed online and EEOC announced that to enhance the security of the reporting, all passwords have been reset. Employment data used for the 2017 EEO-1 should be collected using a payroll period from the 4th quarter – either in October, November or December 2017.
