We remind our readers that the 2016 Employment Information Reports, commonly known as the EEO-1 reports, must be submitted and certified to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission today, September 30.  The EEO-1 applies to employers with 100 or more employees who are subject to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and asks that covered employers report their employment data in twelve distinct pay bands.
