The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has extended the filing deadline for its EEO-1 Report until October 30.  The EEO-1 report is an annual survey that is required of all private sector employers with at least 100 employees and certain other federal contractors. It is used as a tool for EEOC enforcement of its Title VII provisions.  The original filing deadline for the report, which can be filed online here, was next week, September 30, 2015.  The 2015 survey contains a number of changes which are outlined on the EEO-1 survey site.
