California State AssemblySpeaking of next Wednesday, that’s when we will know whether the California Franchise Relations Act (SB 610) has been signed into law, allowed to become law without the signature of Governor Jerry Brown, or vetoed by him.  You will recall the legislature passed the bill in the latter part of August and the Governor has until September 30 to sign or veto the bill, or it will become law without any action by the state’s Chief Executive.  If you haven’t sent a letter into the Governor’s office encouraging him to sign SB-6120, please do it now at the following link: as you only have a few days left to do so.  Be sure to modify the letter with your own information.  From this site, your letter will automatically be sent to the email for the SB-610 team.  Thank you for your response!
