On March 23, 2010, President Obama signed the Patient Protections and Affordable Care Act into law. Better known as the “health care bill,” this law places significant burdens on employers to provide health care to their full-time employees as well as report all yearly expenditures over $600 to the IRS.
On January 12th, and as one of its first acts in Congress, the newly-elected U.S. House of Representatives will vote to repeal the health care bill. For the newly elected Members of Congress, this will likely be the first time that they hear from their constituents.
Contact your Members of Congress today and explain the devastating economic impact this law will have on you and your businesses.
