No word yet of when Maine’s legislation, LD1458, will be debated on the floor of the House of Representatives.  You will recall that there were three reports coming from the Joint Committee on Labor, Commerce, Research and Economic Development vote on the legislation, the final being to further study the issue.  In light of that vote, under Maine’s legislative rules, the bill will go to the House floor for debate on the committee’s recommendation.  We will keep you advised as further information becomes available.
