The ever useful QSR Magazine Drive Thru Study was published earlier this week and it bodes pretty well for Dunkin’ while identifying some areas for improvement. The one-of-a-kind study found Dunkin’ being the 2nd fastest overall of the 10 QSR Brands displayed and fastest when including presells while enjoying 90% accuracy in completing its drive-thru orders. On the flip side however, Dunkin’ was last of the 10 brands sampled at using “please” and “thank you” when interacting with guests! For the 4th month in a row, same store sales were up again in September, increasing 1.2 percent last month. The September results, which come from TDn2K’s Black Box Intelligence data, showed that same store sales were up in each month of the 3rd quarter, something that hasn’t happened since Q3 back in 2015.
