We noted a number of surveys released over the past week that we thought you might have some interest in. First off, online used equipment dealer Bid-On-Equipment conducted a Google search study of the most popular fast food franchises to open across the country and released its results earlier this month. Based on Google search volume per capita, Dunkin’ came in as the 2nd most popular fast food franchise to open in the United States, just behind #1 Chick-Fil-A and ahead of #3 Subway. The “Dining on-Demand Maturity Model” purports to rank the national top 50 quick-service brands for on-demand customer experience. Using a blend of online ordering, third-party delivery and loyalty programs, Austin-based agency T3 took the 50 largest brands according to annual revenue and produced this ranking of the most convenient brands in the nation.
