Dick founded American Leak Detection, a service franchise with over 360 units in 40 states and a dozen foreign countries. He is President and CEO of Team Rennick, a franchise consulting firm. Dick was Chairman of the IFA in 2005 and has appeared on television and radio programs as a franchise expert and has been quoted in more 100 publication such as Business Week, Financial Times, Kiplinger’s, Franchise Times, and the Washington Post.
Dick was named IFA’s Entrepreneur of the Year for 1997/1998 and the AAFD Franchisor of the Year in 1998. Dick’s personal and business philosophy can be summed up in a single word—TEAM—Together Everyone Achieves More.
