Location: MCLE, 10 Winter Place, Boston, MA, (617) 482-2205 Upper Level Seminar Room, Boston
Why attend?
For both fledgling and mature franchise systems, the Franchise Agreement establishes the terms and conditions under which a franchisor is willing to license its trademarks and business format to franchisees. Through the lens of franchisor and franchisee counsel, this program covers issues related to crafting a Franchise Agreement that meets the franchisor’s needs, recognizes the franchisee’s legitimate interests, and positions the franchise system for long-term competitive advantage.
