150x230xpatrick_abrami.jpg,qitok=0DSKWenc.pagespeed.ic.4DTLaCwm8lWe would encourage franchisees regardless of the brand concept who have real concerns about the inequity of the franchisor/franchisee relationship, or have suffered losses as a result of the lack of fair franchising protections in New Hampshire to advise us and plan to attend the NH Legislature’s hearing on fair franchising when it is held in February.  Representative Pat Abrami filed the legislation and is a strong advocate for small businessmen and women in the Granite State.  The representative has asked that those with compelling franchising history and stories that illustrate the inherent difficulties in the current franchising environment plan to come forward and testify to the issues they have and continue to face.  The bill, as originally filed, is House Bill 1215 and is pending in the Commerce and Consumer Affairs Committee.  We’ll advise you as soon as we get a public hearing date.
