Americans may be eating lunch out twice a week, but that wasn’t enough to put restaurant owner’s minds at ease in the latest NRA Performance Index. The National Restaurant Association’s report, which measures the health and outlook of the restaurant industry, dropped for the 3rd consecutive month in August.
