Dave Andelman, CEO, founded The Phantom Gourmet, Inc. back when he began graduate school. In the years since, he has built the organization into one of the best known local brands in New England – and the restaurant show, The Phantom Gourmet, is now carried on television stations in Boston, Providence, Rhode Island and Portland, Maine.

In his comments, Andelman (who will replace Ty Law, who had a conflict arise, on the agenda) will address a number of topics including: evolving consumer preferences, the impact of branding and today’s regulatory environment, both in a general sense as well as within the restaurant space specifically.
