We want to ensure our members and other subscribers are aware that all employers must post certain federal and state notices & posters. At the federal level, an employer with fewer than 50 employees must post these 5 notices: Fair Labor Standards Act; Employee Polygraph Protection Act; Equal Employment Opportunity; Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act; and Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Those with 50 or more employees must also post the Family and Medical Leave Act notice. Employers must also comply with state dictates on what other notices must also be posted.
