The Senate confirmation hearing on the nomination of CKE Restaurant CEO Andy Puzder as Secretary of Labor has been delayed again, and could be put off to as late as next month by the US Senate Committee on Health, Education Labor & Pensions (HELP).  It’s been reported that the Office of Government Ethics (OGE) has yet to complete its review of his financial statements and other ethics disclosures.
