Since the Fast Food Wage Board appointed by Governor Andrew Cuomo finalized its recommendation to increase the minimum wage in New York by 71% to $15/hour, there has been no shortage of reaction (and outrage, justifiably) from the restaurant community.   We took note of two telling interviews.  Dunkin CEO Nigel Travis appeared on CNN and commented on it last week while Burger King franchise owner David Sutz expressed his concerns to Fox Business about the astronomical increase as well.
