After Congress moved quickly to unanimously increase funding for the popular SBA 7(a) loan program for small business, President Obama wasted little time as well in signing the funding bill into law – even doing so, for only the 6th time in his presidency via autopen since he is out of the country travelling.  The bill makes an additional $4.75 billion available immediately for the small business loan program which was suspended last Friday after loan commitments had reached the prior $18.75 billion limit.
