As we advised you last week, New Hampshire’s House Committee on Commerce and Consumer Affairs Committee named a sub-committee to work through HB 1215, the Granite State’s fair franchising initiative. The working group, chaired by Representative Kermit Williams (D-Wilton), and including Representative Chris Muns (D-Hampton), and Representative Emily Sandblade (R-Manchester) will be meeting today in room 302 of the legislative office building in Concord. It is an open public meeting, so any franchise owners who decide at the last minute that they would like to attend, will be welcomed. It is also an important opportunity for franchise owners to candidly tell the sub-committee of your concerns, your history, your story and help us level the franchise playing field.
