It was reported in the Register Citizen that to celebrate Veterans Day and to show appreciation for local service members, Northwestern Regional Middle School students have partnered with two Dunkin’ Donuts locations to serve a free breakfast to local veterans on Nov. 11, from 8 to 10 a.m. The idea to honor local veterans came from middle school teacher Krista Brazie. While reflecting on Veterans Day, Brazie enlisted her student council members to come up with a way to thank their local veterans for their service.
