Restaurant Performance Index Slips in December

The National Restaurant Association’s Restaurant Performance Index (RPI), a monthly composite survey which tracks the health of the nation’s restaurant industry, dropped in December for the first time in three months.  The index slipped by 0.6 points from its November levels, but still signifies expansion within key industry indicators.

Restaurant Performance Index Down As Well
