In the current challenging labor market, hiring the right employees – and being able to retain them – is critical to the ongoing success of your business. In fact, there are few other topics that are more important in this economy, and that’s why our first DDIFO meeting of 2020 (“The Future of Hourly Hiring and Retention!”) will focus on employee hiring and retention. The meeting, being held on February 11 at the Ruths Chris Steakhouse at 1700 N. Westshore Boulevard in Tampa, will be a bit different in that we will host it as a dinner meeting with cocktails at 6 PM and dinner/presentation beginning at 7PM. The program will feature Kathleen McDonough, a Senior Account Executive at HigherMe who worked on establishing the Dunkin’ – HigherMe partnership back in 2015. Kathleen frequently speaks with Dunkin’ operators and recently presented at the Western DAC meeting to Hawaii, Northern California and Nevada franchisees. Registration information in the program flier will be sent out next week, but mark your calendars now for February 11, 2020 from 6 – 9 PM at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse in Tampa. Registration is required.
