Earlier this week, QSR in conjunction with Intouch Insight released its 2022 Drive-Thru Report, the annual study measuring order accuracy, speed of service, food quality and customer satisfaction. By almost all measures, Dunkin’ fared very well in the final results. Dunkin’ came in 4th in the category of fastest time (trailing KFC, Taco Bell and Hardee’s), and tied for 4th with sister brand Arby’s when measuring fastest time by car. In other categories, Dunkin’ tied for 3rd place – again with Arby’s along with Wendy’s in Food Quality and finally, came in third place for Satisfaction with Service, again tied with Arby’s and Hardee’s.
