James Fink  writes in Business First of Buffalo that Tim Hortons is preparing to build another new location on Bailey Avenue in the city of Buffalo.

Tim Hortons, the popular doughnut and coffee shop chain that was founded by the late Buffalo Sabres defenseman, will be constructing its newest location on Bailey near Clinton Street. The 1,100-square-foot store will be constructed over the winter months and is expected to open early next year.

According to documents filed Sept. 11 in the Erie County Clerk’s office, Tim Donut US Limited Inc. paid $350,000 for the vacant parcel, located at 647 Bailey Ave. The land had been owned by Mohamed Aggi, according to the clerk’s documents.

Tim Hortons has constructed several new outlets in Buffalo in recent years including ones along Delaware Avenue in Buffalo and Niagara Street in the city’s Black Rock neighborhood.
