While the impact of Hurricanes Harvey and Irma was clearly evident in Texas and Florida, September US restaurant QSR sales improved a bit versus the trend. In the tracker (some DD units included), monthly US comp sales were up .3%, with average ticket up plus 2.3% and traffic down 2.0%. Sales improved the last two weeks of September.  By region, the northeast QSR group was plus .5%, with Florida minus 2.9%, South plus 1.0%, Midwest -.1% and the West plus 1.0%
